Description
The objective of this course, taught by Dr. Michelle Moyer, is to provide you with the practical background for premium winegrape production. Students should walk away with a good understanding of how to select appropriate grape varieties, the principles behind vineyard establishment and management, and where to go if they have further questions regarding grape production.
